InnTrusted provides our Sales Managers with the most current technology, as well as fresh and relevant training. This allows our sales teams to build strong and long term relationships with their clients and guests.

All of our hotels use CRM’s (customer relationship management software) to monitor and track all their interactions with accounts. Additionally, we hold quarterly sales meetings to ensure that we have the most current and up-to-date trends, challenges, approaches, and changes to brand standards.
