Sarah Crane, General Manager
Sarah Crane joined our front desk team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Pocatello, ID in December of 2014. Having never worked in hotels before this was a new world but she quickly fell in love with the world of hotel hospitality. She worked mostly the PM shift on the front desk and was a natural fit for it. Always helping our guests and knowing all our regulars, she has always been committed to her team and hotel.
In December of 2016, Sarah was promoted to the position of Front Office Manager and led the front desk team for four years. In October of 2020, because of her hard work and dedication, she became the General Manager after Josh Bennett relocated to the Idaho Falls – Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
